Bring your passion and feel the energy Varied work and projects across the Group Hybrid working from Sydney This is an exciting opportunity for a Strategy Manager to work across strategy and M&A, within the Group Strategy team of our ASX listed company. You'll support Endeavour Group in the development of strategic plans and projects for the Group and within our business units, targeting areas that represent the most significant sources of profitable growth for the company, which are outside BAU, and which require additional resources to accelerate thinking and delivery. Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role: Ownership of end-to-end strategic projects in the business Working with stakeholders across the business, including very senior stakeholders (i.e. exco members) to define business challenges and opportunities Inject strategic and innovative thinking into the issues that the business faces to problem solve key business questions Structuring problems and defining the plans of action to solve them Perform complex analysis and extracting insights from that analysis Running stakeholder meetings and workshops Project manage individual strategic projects or workstreams Influence key stakeholders to deliver impactful change Now let’s talk about you: 5+ years of experience in strategy consultancy, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy or a similar relevant field Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, and project management Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation Experience in commercial and and financial analytics and quantitative modelling Demonstrated ability to manage projects or transaction processes, or workstreams within Ability to work and excel in a high performing team environment Consumer market experience and/or retail experience is an advantage The benefits are good too!
