We are seeking a skilled Structural Designer to join our team. In this role, you will prepare engineering calculations, layouts, and construction drawings for diverse building projects. You will specialize in designing both gravity and lateral load systems, focusing heavily on wood framing and reinforced concrete structures.

Desirable knowledge & skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 5+ years of structural design experience with a proven track record in wood and concrete.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software (e.g., Enercalc, RISA, WoodWorks, or RAM).
Licensing: EIT preferred; SE/PE track is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:
Perform structural calculations for gravity, lateral, foundation, and retaining systems.
Design wood-frame assemblies (shear walls, joists, beams) and reinforced concrete elements (foundations, slabs, columns).
Develop detailed structural plans, sections, and framing details using AutoCAD and Revit.
Coordinate designs with architects, engineers, and project leads to ensure constructability.
Ensure strict compliance with building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, and NDS.
