Immerse yourself in a Monday-Friday Co-Op session, that will run from July to December (it is expected students will take this time off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).


This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.


What you will do:


  • Gain knowledge in analysis in areas including, but not limited to, structural, ATF, dynamics.
  • Gain knowledge in development of FEA/CFD models for program support throughout the life cycle process.
  • Support lead engineers to provide analysis results and recommendations through detailed documentation, formal reports, and presentations for management and customers.
  • Support development of automated workflows for FEA/CFD preprocessing, post‑processing, and data management through programming and AI tools.
  • Explore opportunities to leverage AI/ML techniques to improve model fidelity, accelerate analysis turnaround, or enhance engineering decision‑making.
  • English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English



Qualifications you must have:


  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the information under this program/contract.

Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on a regular basis with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
