Our client, a leading international law firm in Dublin, is growing its Structured Finance team and is looking for an experienced associate to join. If you want quality deal flow, a collegiate team and real scope to build your name in the market, this is worth a conversation.
The firm sits within a global professional services group with offices across the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Its clients include some of the world’s largest asset managers, arrangers, trustees and financial institutions. The Dublin team works closely with colleagues across the group’s international offices, so the work is consistently cross-border. It ranges from commoditised transactions to the largest and most complex structured deals in the market.
You’ll advise on cash and synthetic CLOs, RMBS, CMBS and other securitisation structures, standalone and multi-issuer repackaging programmes, structured products using collateralised swaps and repos, fund-linked products, lending platforms and debt issuance programmes. The team also has a strong niche advising issuers, trustees and arrangers on the restructuring and termination of structured finance products. Because the practice is growing, associates get direct client contact and responsibility early, and they see deals through from start to finish.
You’ll bring minim two years’ PQE at a top-tier firm in Ireland, the UK or another major jurisdiction, sharp drafting skills and a strong commercial instinct. Above all, you’ll have a genuine commitment to building your career in structured finance.
The package includes comprehensive health cover, hybrid working, pension, life insurance and real investment in your development.
