As Part of the Department
At EG Digital Welfare, we build software that solves real problems for citizens and employees across the welfare sector - spanning HSEQ, EdTech, self-service, and case management systems for the social and youth area. We work in a product-led organization, and our customers are primarily Danish and Norwegian municipalities and regions.
You'll join our Product Management team - Product Managers, UX designers and Business Analysts - spread across our offices in Aarhus, Ballerup, Odense and Aalborg. You'll get your base at one of these locations.
Your Tasks: Scaling AI-Powered Tools
You'll work closely with your colleagues to build the tools and workflows that make the team faster and sharper - not by writing product features, but by building the AI-powered infrastructure behind how we work. Your tasks will include:
- Building and maintaining internal GitHub, AI tools and Claude skills that our our team use day to day.
- Setting up and refining agents for tasks like research, documentation and reporting.
- Turning product and customer data into analyses, insights and visualizations.
- Setting up evals to test and improve the agents and workflows you build.
- Training colleagues in the AI tools and workflows you build.
- Being a sparring partner when the team wants to try a new AI-based approach to a problem.
You Are the Ideal Candidate If
It doesn't matter what you're studying - what matters is that you're curious, technical and dare to think the impossible. You need to:
- Have a technical-oriented mindset - and would rather solve a problem in Claude Code than grind through it by hand.
- Be a strong prompter who knows how to get an LLM to do exactly what's needed and enjoy setting up and refining agents.
- Be comfortable working in GitHub, versioning etc.
- Speak and write Danish and English fluently.
It's a plus if you also:
- Have a feel for product analytics and evals.
We care more about what you can build than about your CV. If you have a side project, a GitHub repo, or a problem you've solved in a smart way, put that at the top of your application - not your course list.
