Randstad is representing a premier global education advisory firm specializing in guiding high-achieving students toward placement in top-tier international independent boarding schools and world-renowned universities. We are seeking an empathetic, articulate, and highly organized Student Coach & Mentorship Specialist to join our international team.

In this role, you will work directly with middle and high school students to coach them beyond academics-focusing on personal development, building resilience, honing soft skills, and helping them articulate their unique personal narratives for top school applications.

about the job

• Deliver tailored 1-on-1 and group coaching sessions focused on student readiness, soft skills, and personal growth.

• Conduct mock interviews, refine personal statements/essays, and guide students through all aspects of school application prep.

• Help students identify their passions, build leadership skills, and manage both academic and extracurricular commitments.

• Design and deliver interactive workshops and training modules for both students and parents.

• Collaborate with our team to enhance student mentoring frameworks and readiness programs

• Experience: Proven experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching middle and high school students (e.g., as a College Counselor, Student Leadership Coordinator, or Residential Life Mentor).

• International Mindset: Graduate from a top global university or experience working within international/multicultural school settings.

• Communication: Exceptional command of English with strong verbal, written, and interview prep capabilities.

• Location: 100% Remote (Flexible 40-hour work week)

• Schedule Note: Because we support global families across multiple time zones, this role frequently involves evening and weekend commitments. High self-discipline and schedule autonomy are required.
