What you'll do Investigate, resolve, and escalate tickets related to Observability and Monitoring area, focusing on business and process-related issues. Take ownership of tickets and ensure clear, high-quality communication with the business throughout the process Aim to resolve issues at the 2nd level, providing detailed and accurate documentation for each case. Provide general support, administration, and maintenance for the Observability and Monitoring platforms and its associated applications. Follow established procedures, ensure compliance with segregation of duties, and meet service level agreements (SLAs). Who you are You are currently enrolled student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in any field You are fluent both in written and spoken English (B2-C1) You are open to learning new tools, processes, and technologies related to Observability and Monitoring and IT support. You are able to investigate and resolve technical issues related to IT systems and processes. You can work with other team members and escalate issues when necessary. You have a basic understanding of IT systems, workflows, and service management concepts. You are able to work onsite in our office in Katowice.
