The Studio Operations & Communications Associate supports the execution and coordination of Studio Operations systems and initiatives across Rowan studios. As a key partner to the Director of Retail Operations, this role helps translate operational priorities into organized, timely execution across studios and cross-functional teams.
The Studio Operations & Communications Associate will manage day-to-day communications and tasking, support project coordination, maintain operational trackers and resources, and monitor completion and follow-up. The role will also support Visual Merchandising and other initiatives that require in-studio execution.
The ideal Studio Operations & Communications Associate is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. They are a strong communicator, proactive problem solver and systems-oriented thinker who can identify gaps, follow through on details and escalate issues appropriately.
What you'll be doing:

Manage day-to-day Yoobic administration and execution, including communications and tasking.

Build, schedule and maintain missions and training courses.

Monitor completion and follow up on outstanding studio tasking.

Support operational communications and ensure studio-facing materials are accurate and delivered on schedule.

Monitor studio compliance with established operational processes and identify recurring operational issues.

Maintain SOPs, FAQs, job aids and other operational resources, ensuring documentation is current and appropriately versioned.

Support continuous improvement by gathering and surfacing studio feedback and operational insights.

Assist with studio implementation of VM updates including coordination, communication, execution and follow up.

Travel to studios as needed to support VM execution, project launches and other operational initiatives.

Maintain Asana projects, tasks, trackers, deadlines and dependencies.

Track deliverables on operational projects and follow up with stakeholders to keep work moving forward.

Support coordination of operational initiatives and escalate risks, delays or recurring issues to the Director of Retail Operations.

What you bring to the table:

2–4 years of experience in retail operations, field operations, project coordination, business operations or a related field.

Experience supporting multi-location retail or service environments preferred.

Strong organizational and project-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
Proficiency with Google Workspace and project-management tools.

Experience with Asana, Yoobic or similar workflow/communication platforms preferred.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, operational data and reporting.

Ability to identify issues, prioritize work and escalate appropriately.

Ability to work independently while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
