You will manage the full lifecycle of global subcontracts, master services agreements, and supply terms while working directly with Orlando leadership and internal teams. You will be a key liaison across Procurement, Legal, PMO, and Export teams—drafting agreements, negotiating supplier terms, supporting U.S. Small Business Subcontracting programs, and ensuring compliance with federal regulatory requirements. Do you think you have what it takes? You proactively take on complex subcontract issues and work to resolve them, aiming for long-term operational success. You have 3-5 years of experience in government contracting, procurement, or defense acquisitions, backed by a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in law, contracts, or business. You possess strong knowledge of U.S. government contracting and procurement regulations, specifically within the FAR and DFARS. You take ownership of your work, manage internal approvals effectively, and negotiate terms across diverse products and services. You bring critical thinking, excellent writing and editing skills, and keen attention to detail to a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable managing multiple agreements simultaneously and working independently with all levels of management. Nice to have: Professional contracts certificates (e.g., NCMA or equivalent). Familiarity with export compliance and regulations (EAR/ITAR, GDPR, DEFCON). Willingness to learn laws and procurement regulations of key international regions (UK, Sweden, Czech Republic, Germany, Australia).
