JOB TITLE: Subject Matter Expert (Seasonal) ($16.81 + $5.09 HWB/hr) DEPARTMENT: Operations REPORTS TO: Supervisor FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES: Make every interaction Count Act with Respect and Integrity Demonstrate Passion for Continuous Improvement Be Worth of Trust from all Stakeholders OVERVIEW: The seasonal Subject Matter Expert position is responsible for contact center, client contract operations.   This position requires strong customer service and communication skills as well as an individual with flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, and overtime. This is a work from center position that will include some work from home opportunities on a rotating basis. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Demonstrates ability to work in accordance with the SaviLinx Guiding Principles. Well versed in computer usage, including MS Office applications. Answers questions on process and coaches others on proper process. Handles customer escalations as needed. Communicates with representatives to inform of program changes and updates. May be required to take phone calls up to 100% of the time. Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of the job. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: No supervisory responsibility. EXPECTED WORKDAYS/ HOURS: This position requires full, flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed. LOCATION: Work from the facility with opportunities to work from home on a rotating basis. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to prioritize and maintain confidentiality. Strong customer-service orientation. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be 18 years of age or older.
