Where You'll Make a Difference Lead the commercial organization across the region/sub-region, driving sustainable and profitable business growth aligned with strategic priorities. Develop and execute regional commercial strategies that expand market presence, strengthen customer partnerships, and accelerate revenue growth. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, positioning IFF as a trusted innovation partner. Lead complex commercial negotiations, including pricing strategies, contracts, and long-term supply agreements. Own regional profit and loss (P&L) performance, delivering against revenue, margin, and expense targets. Partner closely with Research & Development, Operations, Marketing, and other functions to provide integrated customer solutions and win in the marketplace. Drive operational excellence through portfolio optimization, complexity reduction, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer innovation programs, strategic growth initiatives, and business transformation projects. Develop a high-performing commercial organization through coaching, succession planning, talent development, and inclusive leadership. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline. 10+ years of relevant experience within the food, beverage, flavors, ingredients, consumer goods, or related industries. Proven success leading commercial organizations and delivering measurable business growth in complex markets. Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and organizational development. Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing P&L performance, pricing strategy, forecasting, and profitability. Experience building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders at senior executive levels. Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer trends, regulatory requirements, and sustainability initiatives within the industry. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate strategy into actionable business plans and commercial results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a global business environment. How Would You Stand Out?
