Position Summary The Associate Attorney will be responsible for all aspects of a case, including prosecuting workers' compensation subrogation claims and civil litigation. Essential Job Functions Manages a full caseload of cases of varying degrees of complexity Creates litigation plans. Creates budget plans, if necessary. Conducts discovery. Travels to court and other appearances. Tries cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction. Composes motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents. Prepares cases for trial. Communicates with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to effectively represent clients. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
