Job Title: SuccessFactors Integration Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to support the production environment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Required Skills:
7+ years of experience in data migration, inbound/outbound interfaces, and integrations.
Experience leading data migration and integration activities for recent SuccessFactors implementations.
Participation in at least 2 recent SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and production support.
Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and SAP ECC HCM/FI.
Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Integration Center.
Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
Expertise in preparing design documents, data mappings, and technical specifications.
Preferred Skills:
Public sector experience.
ABAP programming knowledge.
Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and mentoring skills.
