About the Opportunity

We are currently partnering with a leading organisation in Sweden to secure a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant.

If you are an experienced functional SME who thrives at the intersection of HR strategy and technical configuration, this is a prime 12-month contract opportunity to lead key optimizations, module rollouts, and integrations across a modern HR landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the functional expert, you will bridge the gap between HR stakeholders and the technical system, optimizing talent processes and ensuring seamless system capabilities:

• Hands-on configuration and maintenance across Performance & Goal Management (PMGM), Career Development & Planning (CDP), Succession, Recruiting (RCM), and Onboarding (ONB).
• Configure and leverage Talent Intelligence Hub and Job Profile Builder (JPB) to drive skills tracking and job architecture initiatives.
• Analyse existing HR workflows, design best-practice improvements, and translate business requirements into functional SuccessFactors solutions.
• Support seamless integrations between SuccessFactors and external HR tech (ATS, LMS, and third-party systems).
• Lead UAT, manage system upgrades/enhancements, resolve complex issues, and deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on functional configuration experience across the core SuccessFactors Talent Suite (PMGM, CDP, ONB, RCM).
• In-depth understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, performance reviews, succession planning, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Proven track record supporting integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party HR platforms.
• Ability to challenge, advise, and guide HR leadership toward system best practices.
• Professional fluency in English is required. Swedish proficiency is highly preferred.
