Role Description The Supervisor role at Stellar AI is a full-time, hybrid position based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Supervisor oversees day-to-day team operations, including planning workloads, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. This role involves coordinating with project managers and technical teams, supporting client communications, and helping resolve operational issues related to AI voice bot and chatbot implementations. The Supervisor is responsible for guiding and mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and customer engagement outcomes. The role also includes preparing status reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting change management activities as new solutions are introduced.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team oversight, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
• Experience in operations or project coordination, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure quality delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
• Basic understanding of AI, chatbots, or customer engagement technologies, or willingness to quickly learn these domains.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and support process improvements.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including using digital collaboration tools and working independently when remote.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, consulting, or technology-driven environments in Singapore is an advantage.
