Your Impact

Quality Commander: Review and elevate the work of graduate, junior, and intermediate staff, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and best-practice standards across every deliverable.

What You Bring

Solid Foundations: A degree in Accountancy or a related field that gave you the technical grounding to thrive in a high-standards environment.

Battle-Tested Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Australian accounting firm work, with a strong command of AU tax, compliance, and reporting requirements.

Client Magnet: Exceptional communication and relationship management skills that make clients feel heard, valued, and well looked after.

Technical Sharp-Shooter: Solid expertise in tax and compliance, with the confidence to handle complex scenarios and deliver technically sound outcomes.

Leader in the Making: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire junior staff — you lift the people around you and take ownership of team development.
