Become a part of our caring community The Supervisor, Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach. The Supervisor, Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician Dr. Call makes decisions that are typically related to schedule, plans and daily operations. Perform escalated or more complex similar work and supervise a group of typically support and technical associates; coordinates and provide daily oversight to associates. Ensure consistency in execution across team. Hold team members accountable for following established policies and phone, queue and quality metrics. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by leadership. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Certified Pharmacy Technician in your current state of residence (AZ, FL, OH & TX) 2+ years of related experience as a Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 1-2+ Years experience in team leadership or supervisory position Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences Must be self-driven, proactive, and willing to take initiative Preferred Qualifications 4-6 years of related experience Previous supervisory experience in a mail order setting Bachelors degree Additional Information: As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $59,300 - $80,900 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
