WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead and Inspire : Manage a high-performing team, fostering growth and accountability while maintaining an approachable leadership style. Drive Operational Excellence : Oversee daily workflows, performance metrics, and ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Make Smart Decisions : Use sound judgment to assess risk, review complex cases, and escalate when necessary. WHAT YOU’LL BRING: Leadership Expertise : Proven experience leading teams, holding them accountable, and driving performance in a metrics-driven environment. Industry Knowledge : Background in insurance, with an understanding of underwriting processes, compliance, and risk management. Strategic Skills : Strong decision-making, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities. Relationship Builder : Excellent communication skills with a knack for fostering trust and collaboration. Proactive Mindset : Adaptable, resilient, and always looking for ways to improve. You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico. PREFERRED: Medical terminology knowledge or experience.
