Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $95,000.00 Annually The Entertainment Community Fund (formerly The Actors Fund) , a nationwide human services organization that supports all professionals in performing arts and entertainment, seeks a Supervisor of Financial Wellness to create and facilitate groups and seminars that engage, educate, and empower artists to live healthy, stable financial lives. This is currently a hybrid position with the requirement of working a minimum of 3 full days a week in our Hollywood or Times Square office. The Entertainment Community Fund reserves the right to increase the number of in-office days per week at their discretion. RESPONSIBILITIES The Supervisor of Financial Wellness is responsible for developing, delivering, and managing educational content and services to support the financial wellness needs of performing arts and entertainment professionals. The Supervisor oversees and teaches a curriculum of workshops and/or groups, provides direct individual support to clients, and manages existing internal and external relationships with programs, organizations, individuals, and groups offering services to the entertainment community. The goal is to help artists thrive financially. This role may include remote and in-person programming and involves overseeing all regional Financial Wellness staff and programs, including developing and updating materials and maintaining a national calendar of workshops and events. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial coaching, counseling, education, curriculum development, program management, or related field Deep knowledge of and keen interest in substantive areas of personal finance and financial literacy Extensive experience planning and facilitating workshops, seminars, and/or events with more than 50 attendees, both in-person and online Superior presentation skills and ability to maintain high levels of engagement with groups of all sizes, both in-person and online Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff, clients, and other agencies Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills Highly organized and detail-oriented ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Availability to travel and/or work an adjusted schedule, as needed PREFERRED QUALITIES Master’s or Professional Degree in a related field Holds or willing to obtain professional certification or designation in financial counseling or planning (AFC®, CFP®, etc.) Experience with performing arts and entertainment community and managing episodic streams of income ABOUT THIS POSITION This is a full-time salaried position based in the Entertainment Community Fund’s National Headquarters Office in Times Square, New York City, or Western Region offices in Hollywood, Los Angeles.
