Het hoofddoel van de rol is het dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en opleiden van het veldpersoneel te verzorgen, inclusief het selecteren van nieuwe medewerkers, training in het veld en veiligheid. Deze persoon zal ook leiding geven aan operationele doelen en zorgen voor een superieure klanttevredenheid. Wat mag jij van ons verwachten? ​ Salaris: €3.967 - €5.136 volgens geldende cao passend bij jouw kennis en ervaring + een bonusregeling. Auto van de zaak + tankkaart (bedrijfsauto die je ook privé mag rijden). iPhone + abonnement. 27 vakantiedagen + 13 ATV dagen (optie om vakantiedagen te (ver)kopen). Bonusregeling op basis van bedrijfsresultaat en persoonlijke prestaties. Een werkweek van maandag t/m vrijdag. Tijden zijn in de basis tussen 8:00 en 16:30. Pensioensregeling: PME pensioenfonds. Jij: Stuurt een team van veldtechnici aan en zorgt voor hun training en veiligheid. Overlegt met klanten en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Houdt toezicht op reparatieopdrachten en autoriseert werkzaamheden. Verbetert processen, routeplanning en storingsbeheer. Zorgt voor technische ondersteuning en denkt mee over offertes. Houdt grip op kosten en bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening. Wat je nodig hebt om succesvol te zijn Leidinggevende ervaring in een technische omgeving. Ervaring in de liftsector? Mooi meegenomen, maar geen must. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit. Digitale skills en een passie voor klantgericht werken.
