Carlson Investments SE is seeking experienced professionals to strengthen its Supervisory Board. We welcome applications from Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Poland and the United Kingdom.
Carlson is an international investment company quoted on NewConnect, operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Its investment focus includes artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, defense and space.
As Carlson Investments SE’s strategy evolves across markets and jurisdictions, we are continually developing the breadth of expertise represented on our Supervisory Board. With a growing focus on AI, defense and space, we welcome experienced professionals who can bring complementary perspectives, sound judgment and relevant sector knowledge. This ongoing board development and succession-planning process supports continuity, effective oversight and the company’s long-term direction.
The present recruitment concerns a current Supervisory Board vacancy and potential additional appointments, subject to the applicable corporate decisions.
Relevant experience
We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in one or more of these areas:
- Accounting, audit, financial reporting and listed-company governance.
- Venture capital, private equity and investment portfolio oversight.
- European capital markets and cross-border corporate structures, including Luxembourg.
- Technology businesses, particularly AI, cybersecurity, defense or space.
- International business development and the assessment of strategic partnerships.
The role
As a Supervisory Board member, you will contribute to the oversight of strategy, management, financial reporting, significant investments and transactions, risk management and corporate governance.
You will work with fellow board members, management and external auditors. This requires independent judgment, constructive challenge and the ability to examine the evidence behind financial and business decisions. Candidates should be comfortable engaging directly with auditors, assessing uncertainty and following material issues through to a clear conclusion.
We are looking for people who can prepare thoroughly, participate consistently and ask clear questions. Strong professional English, financial literacy and sufficient availability are important. Previous board or non-executive experience would be valuable.
Proposed remuneration
We are seeking candidates willing to consider remuneration in the form of share subscription warrants. The arrangement remains subject to the necessary corporate approvals and agreement on its terms. The warrants would not carry a guaranteed value or liquidity.
Appointment and applications
These are non-executive corporate governance appointments, subject to the applicable nomination and appointment process, eligibility checks and conflict-of-interest review.
Please email your CV or board profile and a short note covering your relevant expertise, current board appointments, availability and willingness to consider the proposed warrant-based remuneration to anna@carlsonvc.com.
