Supplier Management Executive (12 Month FTC) You’ll play a key role within our Operations Business Intelligence (BI) Team, supporting the accurate and timely processing of invoices, purchase orders and payments to suppliers, industry bodies and third parties. Reporting to the Operations BI Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing supplier-related financial processes, producing commission statements, resolving invoice queries and working closely with Finance, Billing and other internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly and in line with agreed payment terms. This is a varied role where attention to detail, problem-solving and strong stakeholder management skills will make a real difference. You’ll build effective relationships with suppliers and third parties, identify and resolve billing or data quality issues, and look for opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our processes. You’ll also contribute to wider team initiatives, share knowledge and help deliver improvements that support our business strategy and ultimately enhance the customer experience. What skills/experience do I need to be successful? Adept at identifying root causes and implementing solutions; Microsoft Office skills, particularly competent in Excel; Capacity to remain calm and perform well under pressure; Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to deadlines; IT literate and willing to expand knowledge of systems.
