Supplier Quality Engineer

Description Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and ongoing supplier performance management activities. Conduct supplier audits, process assessments, and capability evaluations to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Drive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), PPAP, control plans, PFMEA, and process validation activities with suppliers. Manage supplier nonconformances, corrective actions (SCARs), and root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies. Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to support new product introductions and supplier industrialization efforts. Monitor supplier quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Support incoming quality, containment activities, and supplier recovery plans for critical quality issues. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $90.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
