Supplier Quality Engineer

Join our international team and help drive supplier quality, development, and project excellence across the EMEA region. In this role, you will work closely with suppliers, purchasing, and cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead supplier onboarding and development activities in line with the supplier strategy.

- Conduct supplier audits and potential analyses according to VDA 6.3 requirements.

- Monitor supplier KPIs and performance trends and drive continuous improvement.

- Support suppliers and manufacturing plants in resolving quality and performance issues.

- Manage and coordinate the PPAP process and change management activities.

- Lead projects related to supplier relocations and insolvency situations while ensuring timeline adherence.

- Collaborate closely with Purchasing and cross-functional stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Quality Management.

- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

- Knowledge of quality methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa.

- Professional proficiency in English.

- Willingness to travel (approximately 25-50%, depending on project phase).

Nice to Have:

- German language skills.

- Experience with injection molding technologies.

- Knowledge of IATF 16949.

- Experience within the automotive industry.
