Summary The Supply Chain Coordinator is a permanent full-time administrative position dedicated to supporting the Operations Staff for Renovo Solutions. The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for providing support for Managers and Staff assigned to individual client facilities. Due to the close daily relationship and interaction with Renovo staff and vendors, the Supply Chain Coordinator is required to demonstrate excellent customer service relations and organizational skills. Due to the multi-faceted responsibilities, the Supply Chain Coordinator must possess basic knowledge of Accounting, Human Resources, Time Management and Personal Computers. What you will do Service call management and dispatching RenovoLive call management and dispatching Administrative support tasks as assigned by manager Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma Exceptional organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required Competencies Oral communication, the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Written Communication—the individual edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and can read and interpret written information. Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
