Summary:
This role is responsible for the administrative support duties that enable Renovo to execute successful service delivery to their customers. This role will collaborate with both Renovo teammates, hospital staff, external vendors, etc. on a consistent basis.
What you will do:
  • Provide administrative support for the following program delivery needs:
    • Service parts research and procurement
    • Oversight of the parts inventory database
    • Establish and monitor the inventory Core/Return policy
    • Update purchasing policies and procedures to accommodate changes in workflow and to maintain financial accountability
    • Assist with RenovoLive database maintenance (MCT & Vendor tables)
    • Assist Management with Budget analysis and new business proposal research
    • Accounts Payables verification / invoice reconciliation & processing
    • Human Resources duties as requested
    • Service Call Management and Dispatching
  • Update the vendor services database and assist in tracking of inventory
  • Communicate with support staff pro-actively to assure customer satisfaction with the Renovo program
  • Review Inventory & budgetary reports monthly for accuracy and completeness
  • Partner with Renovo teammates and keep them informed: SM status, repair status, level and type of projects underway and customer concerns and problems
  • Assist with tracking safety and quality-related issues required by the facility, including hazard notification, equipment failures related to manufacturer recalls and mandatory equipment notifications and upgrades
  • Attend Safety Committee meetings, as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with administrative support
  • Hospital/Medical facility experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Safety Requirements:
  • Maintain a safe working environment for self and others if they come in contact within the biomed area in accordance with the facility’s policies
  • Must follow OSHA guidelines in regard to blood borne pathogens, airborne pathogens, radiation, sharp instruments and/or tools, hazardous liquids, and operating devices
  • Ontime completion of safety training assignments
  • Must have sensory ability to distinguish hot & cold ranges of temperature, surfaces, fine motor skills, manual dexterity, and detect/distinguish colors
  • Must be able be able to carry or lift up to 50 pounds routinely
