Communicate with internal and external clients regarding any transferee special circumstances, as well as the hiring and assignment of qualified movers, real estate brokers, real estate agents, and appraisers. Required to build working relationships with movers, real estate brokers, agents, appraisers and internal staff while demonstrating excellent customer service. Serves as the last line of defense in qualifying and maintaining the integrity of the mover, appraiser, and broker network. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and contract with local transportation companies for use in relocations. Exercise Independent judgment and discretion in negotiating rates for transactions related to relocations. Demonstrate the ability to resolve conflicts regarding the collection of referral fees with professionalism and independent judgment and authority. Demonstrate competency in completing the broker qualification and selection process. Communicate with the counseling team and management regarding important information on the ability to find experienced relocation agents, providing analysis of same. Update agent list after agent was used for a listing and provide an evaluation of the agent. Has authority to exclude an agent from future assignments. Effectively manage and execute WHR specific documents such as the referral agreement. Use service metric information available to make informed decisions when choosing a move company, real estate agent or appraiser. Demonstrate proficiency with the household goods move process in order to effectively oversee and manage the process. Responsible for reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy, may need to write correspondence to management, vendor or service clients to obtain and/or communicate additional information. Resolve service problems by clarifying the vendor or agent’s concerns; determining the cause of the problem; explaining all options and recommendations to solve the problem; expediting correction and following up to ensure resolution. Maintain referral files by recording and uploading required documentation. Consistently maintain the file by updating information in the core processing system (CARICS). Demonstrate professional and courteous phone skills. Communicate effectively with real estate agents, moving suppliers, appraisers, third party vendors, and internal staff. Establish a sincere, respectful and professional working relationship with all parties involved in the referral and household goods processes including the agents, the client, the vendors, and internal departments of WHR Global. Place initial call with relocation director or agent to complete agent qualification form. Collect the referral agreement from the brokerage firm /agent. Provide contact information to the agent to schedule the inspection of the property to complete the BMA report. Collect referral fees from brokers and verify WHR was paid the correct amount. Manage the household goods move by verifying pack and load dates, delivery dates, status of completed move, and follow-up with items entered into temporary storage. Maintain contact with the counseling team regarding the status of the agent, collection of household goods paperwork, assisting with issues as a result of the packing and loading of the transferee’s personal property. Upload invoices into the core processing system (CARICS). Verify and/or update and enter move expenses into the core processing system (CARICS). Verify the anticipated cost of the move against the exact cost of the move once it has been audited by our audit firm. Assist the counseling team with completing claims for damaged items. Maintain professional working relationships with all parties involved in the marketing and sales process including but not limited to internal marketing and sales personnel, but also to external agents, clients, vendors, and other internal departments of WHR. Prioritize tasks daily and adjust schedule accordingly to accommodate the tasks that require attention on that given day. Effectively manage the appraisal process including ordering and review of appraisals. Use sound judgement when reviewing appraisal reports for completeness and accuracy. Responsible for reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy, may need to write correspondence to obtain and verify additional information. Demonstrate the ability to carry on a professional discussion with an appraiser regarding appraisal report discrepancies and market conditions. Demonstrate the ability to be a team player and adapt to changes in the company. Take on additional responsibility as needed to maintain service expectations. Position Requirements & Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and regular attendance. Strong written communication with the ability to present information and respond to all levels of an organization. Individuals must present themselves positively and professionally and maintain a strong work ethic. Multi-task multiple projects with excellent organizational skills and ability to meet critical time deadlines. Above-average language skills with the ability to read, analyze and interpret with reasoning ability skills and flexible thinking. Ability to interpret technical instructions in either mathematical or diagram form. Mathematical Skills with ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet critical time deadlines are crucial to this position. This position is not eligible for 100% remote capabilities and is required to have face-to-face interactions with colleagues and be on-site in Pewaukee. Education & Experience: Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications or business is preferred One to two years of related experience or background in real estate is preferred This position is hybrid and must be able to report to Pewaukee, WI US Office.
