Who we are

Flow Pouch makes functional mushroom pouches. People use them as a clean alternative to nicotine pouches and energy products — no nicotine, no caffeine, no crash. We launched in 2024, we have grown quickly, mostly through subscriptions, and we manufacture in the US.

Why we are hiring

Our supply chain is still run by a founder. We need someone who owns our inventory day to day: what we have, what we need to order, when, and where it needs to go.

Our main warehouse is in Miami, and we plan to add more warehouses next year. This role is set up to grow with that.

What you will do

• Track inventory across every SKU — stock on hand, days of cover, and when each product needs to be reordered.

• Plan and place orders with our two US manufacturers, so we don’t run out and don’t sit on too much stock.

• Work with our warehouse partner on receiving, stock accuracy and moving product where it needs to be.

• Plan stock for new flavour launches — roughly two per quarter, with limited flavours in rotation — so subscribers don’t end up on a product we no longer have.

• Use and improve our internal AI inventory tool together with our AI builder.

• Give our founders and finance team reliable numbers on lead times, order timing and inventory needs.

Our founders handle pricing and contract negotiations with manufacturers. You bring them the numbers they need to do it well.

Who we are looking for

• You have worked in inventory, supply planning, purchasing or logistics at a physical-product brand, ideally DTC or CPG.

• You are precise with numbers and comfortable being the person everyone asks, “How much do we have, and when do we run out?”

• You flag problems early and bring a plan, rather than waiting to be told.

• You are organised and like building simple processes that make the work easier.

• You want to grow. As we add warehouses, this role can take on more.

• You are based in the US. Living in or near Miami is a big plus, as our main warehouse is there. Supplement or food experience is a plus, not a requirement.

What is hard about this

We would rather you hear it now than in month three:

• You would be setting up processes while doing the work. Some things still live in a founder’s head or a spreadsheet.

• New flavours make planning harder. Limited runs need to sell through without leaving subscribers on something we can no longer supply.

• The founder knows the details and will stay close at first. You will earn his confidence through accurate numbers and follow-through.

Compensation

$6,000–8,000 per month, depending on experience.

Location

Remote, US-based. Miami a big plus.

Travel

Occasional visits to our warehouse and manufacturers.

Our COO and co-founder.
