職務概要

• 日本国内で生産された製品をグローバルに供給するためのサプライチェーン計画を担います。

• グローバルの需要担当、営業部、生産チームおよび関連部門と連携し、需要予測を実行可能な生産・供給計画に反映します。

• 安定したサービスレベル、適正な在庫水準およびコスト効率を意識した業務遂行を支援します。

主な業務内容

• グローバル需要予測に基づき、設備能力・リードタイム・在庫目標を考慮した生産・供給計画を策定する

• グローバル需給担当、生産部門、サプライヤー・カスタマーサービス・倉庫・物流パートナーと連携し、需給バランスを踏まえて供給を円滑に実行する

• SAPを用いた各種オーダーの作成・実行管理を行い、納期遵守を確保する

• 在庫、バックオーダー、サービスレベルをモニタリングし、供給上の潜在的な問題を特定して、必要に応じてエスカレーションまたは是正対応を調整する

• コスト・在庫・サービスの観点でサプライチェーンデータを集計・分析し、業務改善活動に貢献する

応募要件

必須要件：

• 製造業でサプライチェーン計画、生産計画、受注・オーダー管理、または関連業務における3年以上の実務経験

• リードタイム、在庫、生産制約を含む、製造および供給計画の基本的な考え方を理解していること

• ERP（SAP等）およびExcel・データ分析に関する実務スキル
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力、および海外関係者とのメール、会議、調整に対応できる実務的な英語コミュニケーション力 （目安： TOEIC 700点以上）
• クロスファンクショナルな環境において、複数の優先事項を整理し、課題を明確に伝え関係者と協力して業務を進める能力

業務で活かせる経験：

• 輸出入サプライチェーンまたはグローバル需給調整の経験

• S&OP／統合計画の経験

• 外資系企業での業務経験
