We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our prototyping team. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 5+ years of strategic supply chain, logistic and procurement within a high-tech or manufacturing environment. Ability to read engineering drawings, understand bill of materials (BOMs), and quickly grasp complex technical constraints. Experience with global international suppliers Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between creative R&D teams and rigid production environments. Track record of leading complex industrial projects, ideally in high-tech, aerospace, or advanced electronics. Key responsibilities: Partner directly with design and engineering teams to understand requirements, identify long-lead items, and secure parts for early-stage builds. Setting up logistic operations Identify, evaluate, and onboard specialized, high-tech suppliers and vendors capable of delivering custom, low-volume, high-complexity components. Develop supply chain readiness plans to transition successful prototypes into pilot production or scale-up manufacturing. Analyze assembly costs, negotiate pricing and turnaround times for rapid prototyping, and manage the associated procurement budgets.
