In this role, you will serve as a key logistics and supply chain leader, partnering with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve supplier performance, mitigate risks, optimize capacity, and ensure continuity of supply for critical business operations. Key Responsibilities Supplier Performance & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across multiple organizational levels. Monitor supplier delivery performance using established KPIs and drive corrective actions when performance gaps are identified. Lead supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives to improve delivery, quality, responsiveness, and operational performance. Act as the primary logistics and supply chain representative within supplier account teams. Supply Planning & Capacity Management Develop supplier capacity and flexibility plans to support current production requirements and future growth. Evaluate supplier capabilities, including Move Rate performance, and implement improvement strategies to increase capacity and operational efficiency. Support demand planning and supply planning activities to ensure material availability and production continuity. Risk Management & Problem Resolution Lead supply chain escalations and coordinate stakeholders to quickly resolve supply disruptions. Identify risks throughout the supplier network, including multi-tier supplier relationships. Develop and implement mitigation strategies that protect supply continuity and business operations. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with procurement, sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to improve overall supply chain performance. Lead projects focused on logistics optimization, supplier capability enhancement, and operational excellence. Influence stakeholders across global organizations and drive alignment on strategic initiatives. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in: Supply Chain Management Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering Or a related technical discipline Experience 8+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Supply Chain Management Logistics Procurement Strategic Sourcing Manufacturing Operations High-Tech or Technology-Driven Industries Technical & Functional Expertise Proven experience managing contract manufacturers and suppliers within complex manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of: Supplier Performance Management Capacity Planning Demand & Supply Planning Logistics Operations Risk Management Supplier Development Experience utilizing ERP systems and supply chain planning tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions. Ability to manage competing priorities within a global organization. Preferred Qualifications Semiconductor industry experience. High-tech manufacturing experience. SAP or similar ERP platform experience. Experience supporting global supply chain operations. Track record of improving supplier performance, delivery reliability, and lead times. Experience leading cross-functional teams and operational excellence initiatives. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $145000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
