So...who are we?

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is a global organisation and world-class leader in quality consumer and professional products marketed to the home improvement and construction industries. Our portfolio includes iconic brands like RYOBI, AEG, Hoover, Vax, Kango, and Empire — names you know, trust, and probably have in your garage, shed, or toolbox.

At TTI, we're driven by innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. We empower our people to think differently, challenge the status quo, and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

About the Role

We're looking for an ANZ New Product Execution Planner to join our Consumer Supply Chain Planning team. Reporting to the ANZ Supply Chain Planning Lead, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of new product launches, product transitions, and product discontinuations across Australia and New Zealand.

This role sits at the centre of Supply Chain, Product, and Commercial teams, helping to ensure new products are available when customers need them while minimising risk, inventory exposure, and supply disruptions. You'll be responsible for coordinating planning activities across the entire product lifecycle and ensuring smooth transitions from launch through to end-of-life management.

Day-to-Day

  • Coordinate and facilitate the planning aspects of new product introductions, product transitions, and product exits across ANZ
  • Drive demand and supply planning activities for new, transitioning, and deletion products within a 12-month planning horizon
  • Identify, assess, and communicate supply chain risks through S&OP and S&OE planning forums
  • Partner with cross-functional project teams to ensure supply chain planning requirements are incorporated into new product launch plans
  • Maintain accurate supply chain master data for new product introductions and transitions
  • Establish and manage inventory and safety stock settings in line with company policies
  • Ensure new products are available on time and achieve targeted service levels
  • Manage the reduction of excess inventory and component stock during product phase-outs
  • Support aftersales planning activities to ensure ongoing parts and service availability

What We're Looking For

You're an organised and analytical planner who enjoys solving complex problems, managing competing priorities, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and have a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

✔️ Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Supply Chain Operations

✔️ Strong prioritisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

✔️ Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to translate data into business decisions

✔️ Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and influencing skills

✔️ Experience facilitating meetings, projects, or cross-functional initiatives

✔️ Curiosity, critical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset

✔️ Experience working with business intelligence, reporting tools, and supply chain data

✔️ Comfortable leveraging AI and digital tools to improve productivity and decision-making

Bonus points if you've worked with S&OP processes, New Product Introduction (NPI), product lifecycle management, inventory optimisation, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

What We Can Offer You

  • Hybrid working
  • Generous product discounts (yes, you'll want everything!)
  • Recognition programs and team celebrations
  • Learning and development opportunities
  • Wellbeing Hub + EAP support
  • Paid parental leave, and more!
  • The opportunity to influence how new products are launched and executed across Australia and New Zealand
  • A collaborative environment where your ideas and expertise genuinely make a difference

If you're ready to play a key role in bringing innovative products to market and shaping the future of supply chain planning at TTI, STOP... look no further and APPLY NOW!
