The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills What You will Do: Receive, interpret and research packages of a varying number of parts from the RFQ team, to be transferred from one aerospace supplier to another in an effort for cost savings. Drive several packages through a four Tollgate project process. This will be done by using internal systems to build presentations and spreadsheets to be submitted for approval, once information is verified by internal teams via your communication. Complete individual planning tasks revolving around future source capacity, business cases, demand forecasting, and overlap plans. Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, facilitating alignment and addressing concerns proactively. Maintain accurate records of transition activities, including technical data, compliance documents, and risk assessments. Coordinate validation activities to ensure the future source meets all readiness requirements, including production capability, quality expectations, and delivery performance. Oversee the controlled introduction of parts from the future source, ensuring proper segregation, testing, issue resolution, and readiness before full manufacturing release. Lead final approval activities and project closure tasks, confirming all risk mitigation steps, documentation, and system updates are completed, and that stakeholders are aligned on transition outcomes. How You Will Get Here: 3+ years of experience in project or supply chain management, with a focus on work transitions or similar processes Familiarity with aerospace is a plus, not required Supply Chain business acumen knowledge preferred Project coordination or project management experience is a plus Experience utilizing ERP systems Quick learner with aptitude to learn more and drive change Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suites with a strong emphasis on Excel functionality Navigate and foster different relationships and sometimes challenging personalities for efficient learning ramp up and package completion Pay Range: $31.00- $32.45/hr Work Requirements: This position is classified as Remote within the United States. Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of this role, proof of US Citizenship is required upon hire.
