What You Will Do -
As a Supply Planner, you will develop and execute supply plans that support customer demand, production requirements, and inventory objectives across manufacturing sites and third-party suppliers. You will partner closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Production Scheduling, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure supply plans are aligned with business needs and operational capabilities.
- Develop and maintain supply, inventory, and capacity plans based on demand forecasts and business priorities, supporting a planning horizon of up to 24 months.
- Analyze demand signals, inventory levels, production capacity, and supply constraints to create actionable supply plans and production recommendations.
- Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to identify risks, capacity bottlenecks, and supply challenges, and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor execution of the supply plan, track performance against targets, and address gaps related to inventory, service levels, lead times, and backorders.
- Support inventory planning activities, including safety stock recommendations and management of inventory health.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure supply plans are effectively communicated, operationalized, and aligned with customer demand requirements.
- Manage product launches, product transitions, and end-of-life planning activities to ensure continuity of supply.
- Utilize Excel, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), and planning tools to analyze data, identify trends, and drive business decisions.
- Prepare supply planning analyses and recommendations for operational and executive review meetings.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning processes, data accuracy, and supply chain performance.
- KPIs for the role will be Supply Plan Attainment, Safety Stock Health, Capacity Utilization, Back order and Lead time
Required -
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Excel experience
Preferred -
- Bachelors in business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related subject
- Production, supply or demand planning role experience
- Excellent knowledge & computer skills in IT Planning system - SAP or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge & computer skills in PowerPoint & Word
$79,800 - $122,200 USD Annual

Work Flexibility
- Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.
- Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
- Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
- Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
