About this Position Henkel is looking for a Supply Planning Specialist to join our team in Almaty, Kazakhstan. What you´ll do Represent supply chain in the S&OP cycle and ensure alignment with business plans; Translate agreed demand plans into executable supply plans, considering capacity, material availability, and service level targets; Prepare and share a rolling 12-month supply plan monthly based on the latest S&OP demand, covering local production and contract manufacturing; Identify supply constraints and proactively escalate risks during S&OP and execution cycles; Drive continuous improvement of supply planning accuracy, processes, and KPIs; Develop supply scenarios and propose mitigation actions in response to demand volatility or supply disruptions; Ensure alignment between supply plans and financial targets, including inventory, working capital, and write-offs; Manage the supply of imported finished goods; Monitor and report supply chain KPIs, including FG OTIF and case fill rate (CR); Report overall company inventory as a percentage of net external sales (NES); Conduct trials for new projects until products are approved and ready for sale; Ensure consistent product availability throughout the month; Maintain optimal safety stock levels to manage market variability; Manage finished goods (FG) and raw/packaging materials (RPM) phase-in and phase-out processes; Prepare and share a 12-month co-packing plan with PIM on a monthly basis for the full portfolio; Monitor daily production plan execution and highlight risks or delays; Consolidate forecasts for all affiliated production and communicate monthly supply responses, including potential delays, to customers; Analyze stock across the portfolio, identify slow movers, and coordinate depletion actions with commercial and demand teams. What makes you a good fit Higher Education (a Bachelor’s degree is a requirement); 3+ years of relevant work experience in FMCG or manufacturing supply chain environments; Fluent English; Self-motivated and results-driven person; Highly organized and accountable, able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment; Good understanding of production constraints, lead times, and inventory trade-offs; Analytical and planning skills; Supply planning; S&OP and IBP; Material planning; Data analytics & BI; Process improvement; Project management; Knowledge of MS office, SAP.
