Drive exceptional stock availability for our customers and supply chain efficiency as a Supply Planning Specialist, Produce at Woolworths Group, where you will collaborate across teams to optimise inventory, streamline distribution, and secure reliable supply for our stores.

  • Build robust supply plans by aligning Buying Teams, Sales Forecasting, and Suppliers for seasonal and major events.
  • Monitor Distribution Centre inventory levels and leverage the supply network to maintain appropriate stock and maximise availability.
  • Keep relevant stakeholders informed of supply chain changes impacting service, inventory, and stores.
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships across internal teams and external trade partners to drive shared success.

As a Supply Planning Specialist at Woolworths Group, you will ensure exceptional stock availability and network efficiency while growing your career toward future leadership in supermarket supply chain management.

  • Bring strong FMCG experience (Fruit & Veg knowledge is a nice-to-have), with supply planning or supply chain background strongly preferred.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships while holding a strong front and effectively influencing key decisions.
  • Dive into data, rigorously evaluate and question assumptions to protect inventory health.
  • Adapt swiftly to system updates and eagerly leverage modern digital tools, including AI, to drive efficiency.
  • Utilise robust Excel skills to manage documentation, reporting, and data analysis with ease.
  • Bring a curious, supermarket-focused mindset with the ambition to evolve into future leadership.
