This is a great opportunity to join an established team and build your PA career in a large corporate environment.

This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work three days per week in either our London or Bristol offices.

Please note that this role is a 12-month fixed-term, maternity cover contract.

We will rely on you to:

  • Provide proactive day-to-day PA support to senior stakeholders (including senior leadership), ensuring priorities are managed smoothly and professionally.
  • Manage complex diaries, coordinate internal/external meetings (Zoom and in-person), and organize events (venues, logistics, stakeholders).
  • Deliver end-to-end travel coordination (including international travel), expenses processing, invoice handling, and support with complex billing/project administration.

What you need to have:

  • Around 2 years’ experience in a PA/EA/administrative support role within a professional, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capability (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with strong document production and formatting skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with remote colleagues.

  • Strong minute-taking skills and experience drafting communications on behalf of leaders or teams.
  • A continuous improvement mindset—comfortable learning new tools/processes and taking ownership to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes.

Why join our team:

  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
