💡We are currently looking for a Support Sav3 to join our team and to contribute to our clients' satisfaction by providing advice and assistance with their requests.

Specifically, you will be required to:

• Respond to all client requests, whether they involve tracing/searching for flows or transmitted operations, or requests for explanations regarding incidents.
• These cash management flow requests concern the 3 types of protocols: SWIFTNET, SIAM, SFTP (Corporate clients only, except VIPs).
• Analyze needs and identify the services and products subscribed to by the client.
• Provide assistance by phone (~10%) and by email (~90%) during the remote transmission of clients' and entities' banking operations.
• Diagnose incidents or problems submitted by the client and follow them through until resolution. To do this, it will be necessary to use and have a good knowledge of the access interfaces for the various flow management applications made available to the 3S After-Sales Support team.
• Communicate to the Service Manager the information required to prepare activity reporting for both management and the client.
• Train new resources.
• Participate in Compliance activities related to controls on sanctions and embargoes.

🔎We are looking for:

• You are bilingual: English and French at an advanced level (B2+/C1).
• You are accustomed to working in demanding and international environments.
• You are proficient in office tools and comfortable with IT applications.
• You have knowledge of payment methods or cash management.
• You place customer experience and satisfaction at the center of your priorities.
• You are rigorous and reliable, and you comply with banking standards and the confidentiality of operations and data.
• You have negotiation skills, as well as the ability to synthesize information and demonstrate pragmatism.
