Support Specialist Local IT Slovakia (m/f)

About this Position

What you´ll do

• Provide hands-on support and administration for laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and meeting room technologies
• Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) and support the full lifecycle management of end-user devices
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including IT asset allocation, recovery, and inventory management
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests, collaborating with internal IT teams and external service providers as needed
• Deliver technical support for events, visits, projects, and technology deployments
• Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with security, asset management, and company policies

What makes you a good fit

• Experience with supporting and managing Windows-based devices; knowledge of macOS is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and remote support tools
• Experience in end-user support, ticketing systems, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Basic knowledge of Intune, mobile device management, networking, and audio-visual technologies is considered a plus
• Strong hands-on approach, analytical thinking, communication skills, accountability, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Fluent Slovak and English language skills

Salary: €1,500 – €1,700 gross per month. The advertised amount represents a starting salary range. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
