As a Supporter Relations Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every supporter feels valued, informed and inspired to continue making a difference. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in providing outstanding administrative support. Working as part of our friendly team, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our supporters, helping to manage enquiries, support fundraising campaigns and events, maintain supporter records and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of care Marie Curie is known for. What You’ll be Doing Responding to supporter enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels. Delivering excellent supporter stewardship, ensuring supporters feel recognised and valued. Maintaining accurate records on our CRM database. Supporting fundraising campaigns, events and appeals through effective administration. Processing financial and fundraising-related administration accurately. Coordinating event registrations and supporter communications. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to deliver a seamless supporter experience. What You’ll Need Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enjoys helping people and delivering exceptional customer service. Has strong attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities. Is confident using Microsoft Office applications. Has experience communicating across multiple channels such as telephone, email, social media or live chat. Close date for applications: Monday 22 June 2026 Salary: £23,600 Contract: Full time, permanent Based: Hybrid remote - This role is based in our Edinburgh Leith office. During your initial training period, you will be required to attend the office full time. Once training has been completed, the role will move to a hybrid working pattern of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home.
