Supportive Housing Specialist

About the Role Clarvida is seeking a Supported Housing Specialist to work with adult Medicaid clients who have behavioral and/or mental health diagnoses. In this role, you will help clients secure and maintain safe, stable housing while building the skills needed for long-term independence and community integration. You will assess barriers to housing, support clients in navigating financial and housing systems, and provide ongoing education around budgeting, daily living skills, and healthy landlord/tenant and neighbor relationships. This position serves as an advocate, skill trainer, community connector, and active contributor to each client’s treatment plan.
