Description
Job Summary:
Collaborates with the Nurse Manager in the daily management of the following USFTGP Departments with Surgical Services Coordinators. Monitors surgical services coordinator staff ensuring proper coverage in all areas. Works in collaboration with the Nurse Manager to integrate operations with other departments and systems to insure efficiency and effectiveness of care provided for the customers. Interviews, hires, sets up training, evaluates, counsels, disciplines, and terminates employees in consultation with the Nurse Manager and Human Resource designee. Position requires a working knowledge of clinic operations, policies and procedures, EPIC EMR, and understanding of clinical departments.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Associate's degree in Business - Required
Bachelor's degree in Business - Preferred
Work Experience and Additional Information
Minimum of 5 years experience in a position of similar responsibility/scope - Required
Or 7 years of progressive experience in work of a similar nature - Required
