Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Surveyor at The Leazing Experts. The Surveyor will conduct detailed assessments of retail and office properties, including measuring spaces, reviewing lease terms, and compiling accurate reports and schedules. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market data, documenting property conditions, verifying compliance with lease agreements, and supporting negotiations with clear, well-structured information. The Surveyor will collaborate with leasing and property management teams, communicate findings to stakeholders, and maintain organized records and digital documentation. The role requires consistent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret property data, rental figures, and market trends.
• Proficiency in property measurement, documentation, and report writing for retail and office spaces.
• Ability to read, understand, and summarize lease agreements and related legal or technical documents.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external clients.
• Comfort with remote work tools, digital file management, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing).
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills in managing multiple properties and deadlines.
• Relevant experience in commercial real estate, leasing, surveying, or property management is beneficial.
• Degree or professional training in real estate, surveying, property management, or a related field is an advantage.
