YOUR ROLE The Sustainability Governance & Climate Manager is responsible for leading the company's sustainability governance framework, climate strategy, ESG reporting, regulatory compliance and external sustainability engagement. The role ensures the organization meets evolving sustainability regulations and stakeholder expectations while driving the implementation of the corporate sustainability strategy, carbon neutrality roadmap and climate-related commitments. This position serves as the focal point for ESG governance, sustainability disclosures, customer sustainability requirements and external sustainability assessments. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the corporate Sustainability Strategy and Governance Framework. Support to define the company's Climate Strategy, Carbon Neutrality Roadmap and Science Based Targets (SBTi). Conduct climate-related risk and opportunity assessments and support integration into business strategy. Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable sustainability regulations, including CSRD, ESRS, SEC Climate Disclosure, CBAM and other emerging ESG requirements. Lead ESG reporting governance and coordinate internal and external limited assurance activities. Disclose and maintain sustainability policies, governance processes and reporting standards. Coordinate sustainability disclosures and reporting across internal functions. Manage external sustainability assessments and ratings, including CDP, EcoVadis, DJSI and similar frameworks. Respond to customer sustainability questionnaires and ESG information requests. Monitor emerging sustainability trends, regulatory development and stakeholder expectations. Partner with Legal, Finance, Operations, Commercial, HR, Engineering, SCM and Corporate Communications to ensure consistent sustainability governance across the organization. Prepare executive reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making. QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline. Proven experience in corporate sustainability, ESG reporting, climate strategy or sustainability governance. Strong knowledge of ESG regulations and reporting frameworks, including CSRD, ESRS, SEC Climate Disclosure, CBAM, GRI and related standards. Experience supporting sustainability assurance processes and ESG data governance. Understanding of climate risk, carbon neutrality strategies and Science Based Targets. Experience managing sustainability ratings and customer sustainability requirements. Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders. Strong project and program management capabilities. Professional proficiency in English. Strong leadership and influencing skills without formal authority. Analytical thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and inter-functional collaboration skills.
