Job Description: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and network devices. Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls. Provide technical support and guidance Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Perform system maintenance Monitor system performance Create system backups Maintain system security Qualifications: Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), networking, hardware, and security protocols. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery Understanding of cybersecurity threats and best practices.
