We're building a world-class team in India to support global operations with innovation, agility, and technical excellence. Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and proactive Linux System Administrator with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing LAMP-based environments and automation . You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our cloud and on-premise infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) environments for optimal performance and uptime. Monitor infrastructure using tools like Zabbix or Nagios , and respond to incidents proactively. Develop and implement security measures using ModSecurity , fail2ban , and firewall configurations. Automate routine server-side tasks using Bash or Python scripting. Administer and troubleshoot Postfix mail servers. Handle MySQL database management, including crash recovery and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Dev, BI, Infra) to streamline deployment and monitoring. Implement and manage configuration management tools like Ansible , SaltStack , or Chef . Ensure 24x7 system availability and implement disaster recovery strategies. Evaluate and integrate DevOps tools to enhance operational efficiency. Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure and development processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Linux system administration. Strong expertise in LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). Proficiency in Bash and/or Python scripting for automation. Experience with Postfix , Zabbix , Nagios , and firewall/IPTables configuration. Familiarity with Ansible , SaltStack , or Chef . Solid understanding of networking protocols and cloud/on-prem infrastructure . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
