System Administrator - NetSuite & Celigo Purpose The NetSuite administrator supports and enhances internal business applications with a primary focus on NetSuite. This role ensures the platform is optimized to meet evolving business needs while delivering support aligned with best practices in ERP and IT service management. Essential Functions User Access & Security · Manage user roles, permissions, and provisioning while ensuring data security and performing regular system monitoring and backups. · Create and maintain documentation such as SOPs, user guides, and knowledge base articles. Business & Technical Alignment · Translate business requirements into technical specifications. · Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational goals. · Create custom solutions, dashboards, and reports based on business needs. · Investigate and propose ways to maximize application and platform benefits. System Configuration & Maintenance · Assist with routine system monitoring, backups, and performance checks. · Ensure compliance through audits and maintain application health. AI and Automation Responsibilities · As part of Clinisys’ AI-first strategy, the NetSuite Administrator is expected to actively support the safe, responsible, and value-driven adoption of AI-enabled capabilities across enterprise applications. · This role will work within established governance frameworks to ensure AI usage enhances operational efficiency, data quality, decision-making, and user experience. · Support the configuration and administration of AI-enabled features within NetSuite and adjacent platforms where approved. · Collaborate with Enterprise Applications leadership to identify low-risk, high-value use cases for AI and automation aligned to business outcomes. · Ensure AI capabilities comply with Clinisys AI governance policies, data protection requirements, access controls, and audit expectations. · Assist in implementing guardrails for AI usage, including role-based access, logging, monitoring, and exception handling. Support & Training · Provide end-user support and training across core ERP modules, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Fixed Asset Management (FAM), Lead-to-Quote (L2Q), and Quote-to-Order (Q2O). · Respond to support cases and guide users on system processes. · Monitor support trends and proactively address recurring issues through targeted training and knowledge base updates. · Collaborate with NetSuite developers by recommending system enhancements and workflow improvements based on user needs and process inefficiencies. Collaboration & Issue Resolution · Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize business processes. · Scope, implement, and support system enhancements in partnership with the NetSuite developer. Required Experience & Education · Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience. · Minimum of 3 years of hands-on support experience of NetSuite including supporting finance teams to optimize financial processes. · Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting. · Familiar with journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. · Demonstrated experience supporting and optimizing ERP workflows across key business cycles such as O2C, P2P, R2R, FAM, L2Q, and Q2O. Preferred Experience · Experience with ServiceNow, Oracle CPQ, and Microsoft Power Platform. · Familiarity with SQL and data integration tools such as Celigo or Boomi. Certifications: · ITIL Foundation certification (required) · NetSuite Administrator Certification (Preferred) · Advanced ITIL certifications (required) · NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification (good to have) Supervisory Responsibilities · None Support integration of AI tools with NetSuite where sanctioned, ensuring data accuracy, traceability, and system integrity are maintained. Contribute to documentation, SOPs, and user guidance covering AI-supported processes and decision-support tooling. Partner with ServiceNow, data, and security teams to ensure AI-enabled workflows are supportable, observable, and aligned with ITIL and ISO standards.
