To specify System Administration : Monitor and maintain servers, ensuring their optimal performance. Implement security measures and perform regular system updates and backups. Network Administration : Manage the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.e Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement necessary fixes. Support connectivity across various locations and ensure high uptime. Technical Support : Provide technical support to internal teams, troubleshoot system and network-related issues. Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT resources align with business needs. Documentation & Improvement : Document IT processes, configurations, and incidents. Suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency and security in system and network operations.
