System Architect (strong in SAP S/4HANA)

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Architect to own our S/4HANA target architecture as we scale our ERP landscape. You'll sit at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution — translating transformation goals into solution architectures that are secure, scalable, and built to last.

What You'll Do

• Define and maintain the S/4HANA target architecture, aligned with business strategy and enterprise architecture standards
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure S/4HANA solution designs across functional and technical domains
• Design and govern integrations between S/4HANA, SAP BTP, legacy systems, and external platforms — with security, compliance, and lifecycle management built in from the start
• Lead architecture assessments, fit-gap workshops, and design reviews, surfacing risks, dependencies, and technical debt
• Own architecture documentation: blueprints, roadmaps, decision papers, and design principles for both programs and operational teams
• Guide functional, technical, and implementation teams through design, build, and deployment phases
• Evaluate new SAP capabilities and recommend pragmatic solutions that reduce complexity and support the long-term roadmap

Requirements

Experience

• 8+ years in SAP architecture, solution design, or large-scale ERP transformation, ideally in an international setting
• Proven track record as an architect (not just a senior consultant), someone who has made and owned architecture decisions, not only implemented them
• Deep experience with S/4HANA landscapes: core ERP processes, integrations, master data, and extension concepts

Skills

• Strong grasp of enterprise architecture principles — scalability, security, maintainability, fit-to-standard design
• Ability to translate business needs into architecture concepts and decision papers for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience assessing integration impacts across data, authorization, security, and operations
• Excellent stakeholder management — able to run design authority meetings and fit-gap workshops with confidence
• Vietnamese Candidate with Fluent English required ( C1 or IELTS 7.0); German is a plus
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, APIs, or middleware
• Familiarity with satellite systems (AEB, OpenText) or architecture tools (LeanIX, Alfabet)
• SAP, enterprise architecture, cloud, or security certifications
