This opportunity is ideal for someone who's ready to move beyond basic help desk work and continue building toward a strong Tier 2 Systems Support role. You'll gain exposure to Microsoft cloud technologies, networking, Active Directory, business applications, and a wide variety of client environments while working alongside experienced engineers who enjoy mentoring and sharing knowledge.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide remote support for a variety of small and mid-sized business clients.

Troubleshoot Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, Outlook, hardware, software, printers, and business applications.

Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Entra ID, and user accounts.

Support workstation deployments, hardware configuration, mobile devices, and endpoint management.

Troubleshoot basic networking issues involving LAN/WAN connectivity, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP.

Utilize PSA and RMM tools to manage tickets, documentation, and client environments.

Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Escalate advanced issues while continuing to develop your technical skillset.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of recent MSP or IT support experience.

Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.

Active Directory, Group Policy, and Entra ID experience.

Basic Windows Server administration and networking knowledge.

Experience supporting Microsoft Office, Outlook, and business applications.

Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.

Experience with Intune, Dell hardware, VoIP, firewalls, or HP servers is a plus.
